SMART Showcase Schools

Many schools use technology integration as apposed to a seperate technology course approach. One such district is the Joliet Public School District Number 86. According to education.smarttech.com (The makers of SMART Boards) "Throughout Joliet Public Schools District 86, educators integrate technology into every classroom activity instead of treating it as a separate subject. They are also committed to building partnerships between students, staff, parents and community members to help each of them be creative, independent, responsible, lifelong learners." I think that if more schools would advance their technology hardware and software ALL Students would be better prepared for the future technological world.
